The WVSGC office held their annual NASA-SPACE Day at Wheeling Jesuit University on Friday, April 27, 2018. The event included multiple activities ran by the Challenger Learning Center, NASA IV&V Facility, the SMART Centre, and West Virginia Unversity’s 4-H! Around 150 students were bussed to the event from the Wheeling area and throughout the state to participate. As part of the event, a research symposium was held in conjunction with ongoing activities. A poster session was held followed by a keynote speaker and recognition ceremony. Dr. Chuck Wood was the keynote speaker for the event.
