Report to the Board of Directors
Dr. Jaridi welcomed new members of the board, listed current members, and gave an overview of the past year’s budget as well as the proposed budget for the upcoming year. Estimated impact of programs were measured and included along with statistics of sponsored programs.

Ongoing Activities Report
Kati Baker gave a brief presentation on activities and events that the K-12 and Extension and Public Outreach (EPO) programs had over the year. Recent internships, current research, and publications were also included.
