Graduate Research Fellowship ProgramProvides state-level competitive funding for graduate students in a STEM discipline, enrolled in a WVSGC affiliate institution and working on a thesis or dissertation with faculty from member institutions. One-year Fellowship during the academic year and/or summer term.Proposal due date: Monday, March 8, 2021, by 11:59 PM (EST)

Community and Technical College students in WVStudent opportunities for fellowships during the academic year. These fellowships are awarded competitively to students enrolled in the WV CTCS system. There are no Requests for Proposals open at this time. The next round of opportunities will open in November 2020.
Affiliate Undergraduate Fellowship ProgramThese undergraduate fellowships are awarded by the applicant's college or university. The amount awarded varies for each institution. Please contact your institution's representative (found under Board of Directors) to inquire about the amount of these fellowships.There are no Requests for Proposals open at this time.
Summer Internship ProgramsNASA-wide system for the recruitment, application, selection and career development of high school, undergraduate, and graduate students. This is a ten-week, on-site internship.The summer session is now closed as all offers have been extended. Please check website for upcoming deadlines.
NSF Graduate Research Fellowship ProgramThe NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) provides fellowships to individuals selected early in their graduate careers based on their demonstrated potential for significant achievements in science and engineering. Three years of support is provided by the program for graduate study that is in a field within NSF's mission and leads to a research-based master's or doctoral degree.
