West Virginia educators are invited to apply for a one-day, USDA-funded STEM training workshop focused on sustainability and innovation through bio-based product design.
Designing Bio-based Products for a Sustainable Society is a hands-on professional development workshop for middle and high school teachers. Participants will explore real-world applications of sustainable science through engaging experiments, demonstrations, and curriculum-ready lessons.
This program is part of the USDA-supported MASBio (Mid-Atlantic Sustainable Biomass Consortium) initiative, and features collaboration with leading researchers from across the region.
