NASA Day
the Clay Center has partnered with NASA WV Space Grant Consortium and NASA IV&V in Fairmont, WV
to host a NASA Day for middle school and early high school students. This event has given over 1,000
students the opportunity to interact, through hands-on workshops, with working STEM professionals
and college-aged students pursuing STEM paths.
The event is free for middle school-aged youth in WV to learn about STEM; anticipate ~500 students
(students, teachers, and educators). The event is a collaborative effort to provide an opportunity for
students to explore STEM.

Time: 8:45 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
